While I don’t do a ton of shopping at Aldi, every now and again I get word of a product from there and I make it a priority to try it! This buffalo cauliflower dip was no exception. I LOVE the classic buffalo dip with chicken that’s served warm and bubbly with cheese and all the goodness, so a cold dip sans the chicken had me very curious. Cauliflower is everywhere and made into just about everything so why wouldn’t it be made into a dip?! There was not a scent or taste of cauliflower. I think this was the most shocking part of this dip. The texture was amazing and I appreciated that it wasn’t blended to smooth-the little bits and bites lent a nice mouthfeel. The heat wasn’t overpowering either. It was very balanced and addictive! I enjoyed it with warmed naan bread, pita crackers, and even celery. This dip is worth a try and great for hosting or snacking on!
